The Mid-Pacific Owls Robotics program was re-established in June of 2016 at Mid-Pacific Institute in Honolulu, Hawaii. The program has grown over the years to provide hands-on STEM experiences to students grades 4 - 12 through participation in various robotics competitions.

FIRST Robotics Competition(FRC) Students grades 8 - 12 that are ready to challenge themselves in creating large scaled robots. Students are tasked with designing, building & programming their own custom robots using CAD software, rapid prototyping technologies and shop equipment. Advanced drive systems and control systems are incorporated into this build. The FRC students from our program participated in this competition in 2017. |

FIRST Tech Challenge is a robotics competition for students grades 8 - 12. Students are tasked with designing, building and programming their own custom robots through the use of CAD software, rapid prototyping technologies and shop equipment. The first students from our program participated in this competition in 2018. |

VEX IQ is an introductory robotics competition for students grades 4 - 8. Students are tasked with designing, building and programming their own custom robots using preformed VEX IQ parts. The first students from our program participated in this competition in 2016. We are excited to bring our VEX IQ program out of hibernation starting SY 25-26.
